IT is with my greatest pleasure to announce that I WILL be riding this summer! Plans for the 1400 mile horseback ride from Longmont Colorado to Bellingham Washington are underway and I have 91 days left till departure. Holy Smokes Alive! With a team of amazing people I have begun to get this project off the ground and running. Two years of planning, training, research, waiting, wondering, wandering... have come to a head. In just three short months I will be off on my dream adventure. All the more I can say at this wee hour of night is dreams are gorgeous and strange beasts. They tempt you to them with their glamorous appeal, then they lie and wait like predators, then they swallow you whole, then you have a dance party!
It's like how Helen Keller put it- "life is either an adventure or it is nothing"!
