a chair in the sky
I'll be sitting in the sky today, until about 5pm, at which point I will be curling my toes around the dirt that the cascades and pacific have been working on for awhile in Bellingham Washington and I will be taking long gracious breaths as I recover from my fear of flying. And I will be twisting my fingers around my niecy's blonde curls and rubbing my sister's baby-due belly as i listen to my duties as auntie and sister as we near the final countdown of 14 hours till new baby arrives. Holy Smoke! And it can just happen like that. Wow! Okay baby, we are ready for you.
